A concept becomes a mindset: Don't Sink Pull Up™ stands for development and thoughtfulness. We work according to the principle: "If it's not ordered, it doesn't have to be produced." This ensures that nothing "has to go" and nothing is overproduced.
But what would this system look like if there were a "real" store?
It's simple: In the store, there are one or two examples of every item of clothing for you to try on, touch, and experience. You can pick up a boarding pass from the product and use it to check in at the checkout. Now you're probably wondering, "Huh, that means I can't take the product out of the store?" Yes, exactly. You check in your boarding pass(s), and the product is then manufactured for you. This takes longer, but ensures the preservation of our values. This vision becomes even more special in the design of new products: New products are available in the store before their release, for example, they can be tried on and pre-ordered. After trying on, you can leave us feedback, which we can then incorporate into the final product. This creates a perfect product for our customers.
