A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our website at the following address: https://www.dontsinkpullup.com/apps/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not resident in a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are both outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General Notes

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage during transport.

2. Please do not return the goods to us with postage due or unpaid shipping charges.

3. Please note that compliance with the above points 1–2 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
